No HERO BFHQ with the new BF2 patch v1.4??

hello,
so i downloaded, the patch, ran it and all worked out fine, until... when i went into the HERO BFHQ it said that i had three weapon unlocks, so i choose the medic, and the two sniper rifles, then a few days later, went up in rank, so i went back into HERO BFHQ, and it said that i had three weapon unlocks.??? it didnt show my other choices so i re-choose the medics rifle, engineers, and sniper rifle. but i never got my next unlock, i went up in rank, but no increase? so now with the BF2 patch v1.4 i can no longer access my HERO BFHQ. any ideas how to do this? and would someone please show the link as to where i can see my current rank? i cant find it myself as its all in chinese and my xp is only supports english.

大家好：
我下载了补丁（abey herorank.exe）,但是运行后却异常跳出？。。。当我打开hero-bfhq我发现了三个点数，于是我先选择了医生的枪，然后是狙击手的枪，然后过了几天，我玩官服后再到黑肉的rank系统时，又出现了3点解枪的点数，不翻译了，累死我了。
