解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， ( @1 p7 [1 O$ G# }. t用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 2 x& |, N/ s B" l出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 * X. p5 g* p5 l6 H0 ?相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 5 E' U, A# ~$ c' T$ [分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 步骤： 7 y9 ]2 z+ ^5 i/ ?1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 8 j8 i* I0 U6 N2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 7 X( C' C; h* S9 Y3 I+ l. F7 y4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ 完毕！！！

Dear all,

We confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.
To correct the problem please delete this file
' N% [2 {4 O0 K  p- Y! K3 ^
9 P, g1 ?3 Q& t: y, cCocuments and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataKaspersky LabAVP6Dataupdcfg.xml
: P8 B" x- m, q7 N$ cand update a little later.

) a- K1 N, Y6 z" SA utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

  g% _3 Q  G& k4 T- p8 Y/ cAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
