Where can i find ubisfot stor and ea store in japan?
can i please know where can i find this stores in japan :)
and tell me the game shops where can i buy all games :) english and japanese a whole big collection of games in japan
are there any stores in japan big stores for pc games xbox games etc
i need information on ea and ubisoft too :)

Go to Akihabara, Tokyo and you will find a lot of game shops there.

There are no EA or Ubisoft stores in Japan. There will be stores that sell their games, but noting dedicated to just those companies.
Also, do you have a Japanese gaming system, or a Singapore gaming system? Japanese games are only compatible with Region 2, NTSC M systems. Singapore is Region 3, PAL B/G. Actually, I don't even think an NTSC system would work for you (incompatible with the TV), so I think you're out of luck.
Anyway, this is Japan. Probably 0.5% of the games available here will be in English (I think only the Biohazard series is in English voices, everything else is Japanese).

Well, the usual answer for this is the root of all things Otaku...a place called Electric Town in Tokyo. It is better known as Akihabara. It is where I will be pissing away some more money during our layover in Tokyo tomorrow.
EDIT: Of course, Boyaki is correct, but you can in fact get all the crap they make at Akiba.
