After you unziped, and get the BF2_herorank.exe
put them under C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\
or your customized direcition, where you can find BF2.exe

& F9 f, V5 Z3 F  ]: voverwrite the former BF2_herorank.exe, then double click it, go to HERO Server 1.4 and have fun!!

you'd rename the old file in a bak. and place newfile into your "C:\Battlefield 2".
