A terrorist organization has taken control of a local warehouse park in the surrounding area. The mayor of the city has called in the S.W.A.T. team as soon as the news of the event had reached him. The terrorist organization is demanding a release of a highly dangerous prisoner at the maximum security prison outside of town. They also demand political and criminal immunity. They have in their possession a vat of small pox agent that they intend to release in to the city if their demands are not met. Your choice will be made. Do you want to be the hero or the enemy in the public's eyes? It is your choice...
Next Threat is a new and different Mod for BF1942. Most of the maps will be of buildings such as a Mall, Factory, Bank, and etc. You will still be able to roam outside of the main building on the map but your primary objective will always be in the building. There will be strategic points within the building that you will have to capture. You must get to the building first before you can start to fight them. You can fly a helicopter to come right on top of the terrorist or you can pull right up to the front door to and try to push them back to there starting point. It is your decision. The two sides will be called Terrorist and S.W.A.T. Team. The main word in each of the sides is Team. This mod will focus on teamwork as much as possible. Many more things may come in the future based on what the gaming community wants out of it.
