这两个IP的路由基本一样。都是杭州电信的线路。61.164.59.58的设备相对来说好一些。ping起来两个应该完全一样。我看了一下tracert，61.164.59.58比另外一个IP少了一跳。所以相对来说稳定些。我从北京电信主干网上ping的结果如下
