解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， 用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 / t( V) x7 o! f+ J6 O: o% X/ U! b但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 2 b7 C9 ^" Q/ s+ L h相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 9 a) b; }% J- C1 P; R刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 步骤： * K7 p5 U* q2 z1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） $ V: F! `2 C) _; Q5 L3 u3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 0 y. W+ H t- }$ T/ H, w/ f4 g4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ 完毕！！！ : m8 \9 ~" f( x' l7 G2 E# z + {6 v7 \& R" y1 W

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

9 d/ l# z- r' xAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
