解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， $ H) Z# O# m1 U7 ~/ h- r4 V用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 ! W5 ]4 A. z" [) M2 J但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 * s. m; K8 w2 g8 c+ ~9 E刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 5 }5 ] p. f _ l步骤： 1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） ! e% @# P" {; P, T+ ?; x2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） , Q7 d: S4 p7 n S" n7 E1 O, S3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ $ u9 e2 y5 ?0 }. z+ m6 E$ _完毕！！！ $ X. r. [- [ r9 Q$ j3 ^& C0 }, H! _/ e

Dear all,

$ N) C5 D2 U& I8 o/ s4 {, s9 UWe confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.
To correct the problem please delete this file

2 O  A& B1 M& a' `Cocuments and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataKaspersky LabAVP6Dataupdcfg.xml
and update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

# _) B) g- ^, A4 @Also you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
