解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， 用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， & ?3 \- D+ i: @5 E4 v z0 t: K0 n出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 6 s9 }" O/ ~# a2 c分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 3 _7 `' e: ~5 i2 I2 U步骤： 1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 5 r% N/ c& k& E0 H2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 2 B+ G+ P( V+ [# }" V* {/ Y, |5 K3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 7 G% g3 [, l; q9 m. Z8 A1 V* Y4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ + h/ ~( |0 U& {0 \完毕！！！ ' p- F( ^! q- u& M: q / Q% Z, b1 w# {

! W& }; K$ S/ }* \To correct the problem please delete this file

Cocuments and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataKaspersky LabAVP6Dataupdcfg.xml
and update a little later.

, P( h# \6 S3 A: oA utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

- B* ^6 m' W; p! XAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
