解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， - c {$ p, I+ W. g. e% x用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 1 }% g. d% {( C: _% \3 C出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 0 P, K7 V' t8 f. ?& R8 q1 w刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 1 j- Y" r) @6 A9 N分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 & _0 y2 S$ |0 Y; `+ I) }- R# O8 U步骤： 1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 8 ^ ?; a6 R7 i4 p; i3 F5 f2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 1 [; C8 A2 y$ K( K1 ~3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ * ]4 |! o* t0 f! ^; T3 {2 a! x; ^完毕！！！ " K" y! \" z$ |

Dear all,

We confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.
To correct the problem please delete this file
' m  H: C, e' {# z. R2 e* D" m+ v
Cocuments and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataKaspersky LabAVP6Dataupdcfg.xml
and update a little later.

4 }8 M) R) m- C  k" P' @9 G! `1 M  pA utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

8 U# c1 M- D# k3 }Also you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
