解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， 用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， ' B' O: @2 V! {$ U出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 : E: U) e: T* l+ W相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 3 q) j* F/ f7 u( p# X刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， + h. p0 U! M1 }# r" ^: X3 i7 }分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 % ^. @% o5 ^3 C6 Y步骤： 1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） $ h$ v& A' l1 x& O% ?( L3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ 9 P; s B+ i% y6 t: _/ w( x完毕！！！ , O$ P- I; k {! k/ p; g: B! Y

+ R* I" m* Q# _- I5 ]$ wWe confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.
To correct the problem please delete this file
- g2 Q# }' n; z# |
Cocuments and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataKaspersky LabAVP6Dataupdcfg.xml
and update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

! z( }; j+ o# I% f- o6 ^2 iAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
