解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， # ]+ {- ~8 _9 X4 b, p; O用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 + @9 J' d) |% y# @: \& o- m刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， / g% ?% x6 s& x分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 ' `; F1 A6 H9 A* @: X" I2 X4 |步骤： 1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” ! T T& s0 B4 J. K1 ?4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ 6 @; _# I2 E# p4 \5 Q完毕！！！ & k l. t0 t! P 2 S5 z9 ^; o% R

We confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

+ b# B6 z( X( |4 S/ HAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
