解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， i8 {% O" A+ z5 _/ k7 y; A$ K用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 8 G( Z! A. R7 ^4 e) E% O分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 6 @7 X* t" K0 l5 f步骤： & e5 r2 h2 |( n! A+ ]$ m) u6 A q1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） & J; \1 S2 }# o" `2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ 完毕！！！ ( p" _% Q: k) c+ n

We confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.

and update a little later.

1 J" n7 g% ^" [A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

; O. Y: i0 f6 P5 Q# o5 ~& _Also you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
