解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， " `1 N+ e, T. Q8 V) m7 Y用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 + J3 A B5 `/ W6 Q4 j4 {相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 ! F" o9 [* _8 U+ E# g p刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， ) `) y) z$ w0 v1 T分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 步骤： d$ ~9 n: B) K& L5 l5 p, ^1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 9 W1 u) D: n! v6 W4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ 完毕！！！ # t7 N* p% T% q% _4 k! b. v& t % Z+ E. H; A, k

We confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.
To correct the problem please delete this file
# z* L) |  m. M* B. T% D7 `. Q7 v
Cocuments and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataKaspersky LabAVP6Dataupdcfg.xml
and update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

5 A3 v9 u# v; {; Z9 X  w) kAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
