解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， 用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 7 r6 H+ r: D; B y8 T出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 % ^' `$ V' |, |刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 9 x- S- f( |5 }) v$ }步骤： ) A( k% L/ t0 X, i5 i1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” ' W' ?# o& W ~& V4 p! {4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ 完毕！！！ : E5 {# |4 @) F: M2 E* Z- c- D- ]

5 _7 W; N# D8 y) b, u! bWe confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.
To correct the problem please delete this file

* q. D5 @& r9 mand update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

/ L  r( c) x9 q0 N6 j4 @Also you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
