解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， ! c9 T! n5 ]( l% e+ Y' U# B8 y用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 . e, {9 ^( ?% K$ }& {$ O/ |但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 / r) d! Y! n9 t V) b相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 步骤： 1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） ( E; ~$ p4 v; j: n2 U2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 6 ]4 T! b8 g5 U) m: x! q# ?9 w3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ $ L" A0 m+ G+ ]! ?* _" i( }# i完毕！！！ , j5 T: V5 a; m/ Y 0 W2 t9 Z) ]7 q. p

Dear all,

We confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.
% h( `( Z1 t9 O5 R& ITo correct the problem please delete this file

and update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

' M4 m: K6 y! qAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
