解决卡巴6今天升级过程中断的方法

本人用的卡巴是据说目前最稳定的6.0.0.307， 用的时间不长，但一直确实很稳定。 + ?' o' j5 B2 Z2 l/ O但今晚在自动升级的过程中， 出现了中断！也就是今晚才知道所谓的卡巴中断是个什么“姿势”。 ' ]5 B* c9 }% |$ y6 w1 Z相信很多朋友今晚也遇到了这个问题。 : I/ N& z/ q5 M. A1 x$ \% q1 [9 ^刚才查询了一下官方网站，老外们也在讨论这个，也有了解决方法， 分享出来，大家自己动手解决，很简单。 步骤： * a7 k' B9 g7 ?# ~1、关闭卡巴的“自我保护”（在[设置—服务]里） 2、打开[C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\]文件夹，删除“updcfg.xml”文件（如果不关闭“自我保护”，无法删除此文件） 3、开启卡巴的“自我保护” 4、稍等一会儿即可更新！ $ F* B# B5 J9 D ^. U; j完毕！！！ $ |4 \8 i; q' B ! X4 a+ T/ z6 u* W5 |9 P6 l

$ h; F/ _8 D) d# b3 A; O( gWe confirm the problem with bad updates, currently we are rolling back the updates on all servers.

( I  w( H. X+ C1 T  q& ~( s9 Band update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

* T. |9 v* ?- OAlso you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
